" You know what Mike it is because I'm in this cheerful for a couple of reasons. It's for the guys that I would that work with me not for me. And you know from the players that that that played you know for me and played for us and I think that's. That's important thing I know I'm smart not to know that it was it's certainly not about me. And I think our team knows that it's about us and and and I've always said that the coaches don't work formative they worked with -- in the players. You know how I was proud of Kerry Rhodes he had a comment the other day. Somebody told me in and Twitter -- that people think you know he believes that hardy plants. You know line you know I think we will have the best because in the National Football League. And he gets that now mean in because. It is it is about the unit it's you know it's not about the individual it's about the unit. And the success to the unit is far more important than the success of the individual you think already that you'll have that kind of these fans -- right off the bat. Together we had no choice I make you think you have that kind of personnel. What to legally in the sense yes. I was able legally in the sense and then there's no reason why I don't think we can lead the league with dusty fence and again. I'm not putting pressure on Mike Patton -- deacons coordinator. And it's it's having the guys understand you know it's it's the disposition of the players it's not the position of the players the disposition I think. We're going to have the right mentality. You know -- on both sides of the ball but in particular on the fence and and the way our guys are pursuing the football where guys are flying around in communicating and talking and and all those things guy I'm planet really arguably that we won't be successful."

And you know they in the same routines. You know I had I don't think rather get. You know let's give that you know away from here get away from -- for that we have here -- you know players coaches whoever. And and you know just go there will have one player on our team they'll have room to himself. And that's going to be the the player that Wednesday yeah. Wins the award for. You know the best guy in the media policies and program. Everybody else have a roommate and I think that's a good thing you know and it."

" Just give it everything these -- and and I think that's the the big thing you know this if and everybody plays that way we can be special and I think with our coaches that we haven't. If things will what we try to do is we focus don't want our players can do what they do well. Well pocket we know we don't focus on what they can't do we try to put our guys in the situation where they can be successful and again -- fall we get -- you know. We don't when he -- you know especially this one everything make guys. And what our guys play like that would sure they would say well I'm confident they will we'll see -- special we can be as a unit."

" You know this division has been dominated. By Tom Brady and the pats in a very big way and you also know it's you know use you use you know what's going on you know that the pats have a deep hatred for many reasons for the Jets and they love to be nothing more than -- Jets how about the relationship and how about. We expect a lot out of our fans as well you know and I think the first day when -- said that they look. Our -- they take it on themselves to give us the best home field advantage in the week. My expectations have not lowered one bit and I expect they'll have great football team and and and are gradual work -- that way."
